Asserts that this line is reached at least once during an antithesis run.

If the line sits behind a protocol feature flag, use sui_protocol_config::assert_reachable_gated! instead. This macro registers with antithesis at compile time, so a site that is correctly dark under the run’s chain configuration is still reported as never reached.
